How we work to enhance your communications
1. Starting the process
It simply begins with a phone call or an email to us. Tell us what you're after. If you're not quite sure, we have the creative ideas to help get you started.
2. How much will it cost?
We'll give you a job quote, over the phone or by the next business day, at the latest. This means you can decide upfront if you want us to do the work. And you won't be in for any costly surprises at the end of the job.
3. Let's meet and take the brief
Next, we'll have a meeting. Either in person or over the phone, at a time and place that suits you.
Here we fill out the 'creative brief'. Together we record exactly what you need written. This includes defining;
- your target market
- your objectives
- your product or service
- the features and benefits of your product or service
- the tone of voice you'd like to use
- your call to action and your incentive 'offer' to your customers

4. Your approval is required
Before writing can begin, the final creative brief and job quote must be approved by you.
Upon receiving approval, and any source material we have agreed upon, we will complete the first draft in 10 to 15 working days.
All jobs include two sets of revisions.
5. We like happy customers
When you are happy with, and have approved the final copy, we will send you an invoice to be paid in 14 to 21 days.
